Myron B. "Mike" Howard, 74, of Baldwinsville died Saturday, October 28, 2006. He was a member of Carpenter's Union Local #12 Syracuse, NY. Mike was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and a member of the VFW Post 153. Known as the "Mayor of Ellsworth Road", Mike enjoyed socializing, woodworking and gardening. He was predeceased by two brothers, Allison H. and Roy M. Howard.
Survivors: His wife of 52 years, Margaret "Peg" Howard; two sons, Thomas M (Ken). of Los Angeles, CA and Dennis M. of Syracuse; three daughters, Kimberly A. (Robert) Holt, Kay M. (David) Howard-Green and Karen M. (Michael) Forhan all of Baldwinsville; 10 grandchildren, Amanda, Jordan, Stephanie, Mikayla, Tyler, Emma, Aidan, Ben, Ally and Ava; a brother, Charles F. of Phoenix; six sisters, Frances G. Foley of Williamstown, Doris Sirois of Atco, NJ, Leoti Gainer of California, Inez McDermott of Mexico, NY, Lillian Gunnar of Chicago, IL and sister-in-law Norma Howard of Cato; several nieces and nephews.
Services: 10:30am Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville and 11:00am at St. Mary's Church. Burial, in St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours are 4-7pm Monday, October 30, 2006 at the funeral home.
