Maria Ada "Visco" Houck, 43, of Baldwinsville passed away after a long illness. Born in Syracuse, she graduated from Bishop Grimes High School. She then graduated from St. Joseph's School of Nursing and went on to receive her bachelors degree in Health Services Management, as well as, a MS in Community Health Administration. Maria was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church in Camillus. She is pre-deceased by her father, Dr. Gaetano Visco.

Survivors: her husband of 19 years, Michael J. Houck; children, Lauren M. Houck, Kimberly A. Houck, Nicole K. Houck, Joseph M. Houck, and Samantha R. Houck all of Baldwinsville; mother, Noemi Visco of Liverpool; brother, Dr. Anthony (Jessica) Visco of North Carolina; sister, Dr. Rosolena Conroy of North Carolina.

Services: 9:30am Saturday, October 3, 2009 at St. Joseph's Church, Camillus. Burial in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7pm Friday, October 2, 2009in St. Joseph's Church, 5600 W. Genesee St.
