Yvonne (Bonnie) T. Johnson (Walsh), 91, of Baldwinsville, died Wednesday at LeCom Senior Citizen Center in Erie, PA.

She was born in Stratford NJ and lived in McMurray PA, before moving to Baldwinsville in 1983.Bonnie was a 1952 graduate of St. Lawrence High School. She was employed by RCA in New Jersey, where she met the love of her life, Douglas Johnson (deceased 1995).

The Johnsons resided in Radisson Community where Bonnie worked as the editor for the community newsletter Radisson Reflections. She worked for several years within the accounting office for Kaufmann's/Macy's at Great Northern Mall. She also volunteered at Welcome Wagon. She was a long-term parishioner of St. Mary's Catholic Church, assisting in funeral preparations.

Preceding Bonnie in death are her husband Doug; her parents, Charles and Rose Walsh; brothers, Charles and Warren; sisters, Gloria and Shirley; and her grandson, Jonathan Hollister 19 yrs.

Surviving are her four children, Michael and Robin (Ganster) Johnson, Steven and Cindi (Galante) Johnson, Susan (Johnson) and Bryan Kusich, and Kenneth and Janet (Havens) Johnson, 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, February 2, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 3, at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 47 Syracuse St., Baldwinsville.

Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville, at an undetermined time when the weather breaks. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she will always be loved and greatly missed.
