A memorial service celebrating the life of William W. Walker of Baldwinsville, NY will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2006, at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. The family invites and will receive friends from 2:30 to 4:30pm and the memorial service will be at 4:30pm. William was born May 10, 1913 in Decatur, IL. He died, surrounded by his loved ones on April 22, 2006 at the Syracuse Nursing Home where he was gently cared for, for a brief couple of weeks. He is predeceased by his daughter, Joanne Lewellen who died in 1999 and his 1st wife Marion (Graham) Walker who died in 1934.

Surviving are his beloved wife of 69 years, Dorothy A. (Cushing) Walker; his son, James L. and wife Karen of Baldwinsville; son-in-law, William H. Lewellen of Sarasota, FL; 6 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Gregory, and John Walker and Brian, Cynthia, and Brent Lewellen; 9 great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Assumption, Illinois.
