William C. Shallcross, 63, of Phoenix, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2011 at Crouse Hospital. He was a lifetime resident of the Baldwinsville area, a page in the U.S. Senate when he was a teenager, and was a 1967 graduate of Phoenix High School. He owned and operated Tri-Star Auto Sales in Phoenix for 35 years and in 2005, Bill founded American Business Consultants. He was an avid NASCAR enthusiast, a Civil War and WWII buff and loved animals and traveling. He was a kind and loving person who will be greatly missed.

Survivors: his son, William F. Shallcross of Phoenix; daughters, Rebecca I. Shallcross of Granby and Christine M. Shallcross of Fulton; granddaughter, Dallas Steinbrecher; grandson, Austin William Michael Nesbitt; his long-time companion, Julie Pecori of Watertown; sister, Barbara (Thomas) Disinger of Clifton Park; brother, Thomas Shallcross of Crossville, TN; his closest friend, Ray McEnery; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours. Services will be announced at a later date. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville has charge of arrangements.
