William P. "Billy" Sellin, Jr, 64, of North Syracuse, passed away Tuesday at home. Born in Syracuse, Billy attended Baldwinsville Schools where he wrestled from Pee Wee through high school . After graduation, Billy enlisted in the US Army serving our country from 1979-1983.

He worked in the construction field for various companies in the Syracuse area.

Billy enjoyed coaching his son Alex in various sports and a good round of golf in more recent years.

He was predeceased by his mother, Joan Sellin; and maternal and paternal grandparents.

Surviving are his son, Alex; father, William; sisters, Maureen (Walt) Krol and Andria (Dean) Thompson; brother, Steve (Tari) Sellin; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and granddog, Lucy.

There will be a calling hour on Wednesday, July 23, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Falardeau Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
