William C. Gates, 78, of Baldwinsville passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016, at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. He was born in Syracuse, raised in Warners and had lived in Baldwinsville for many years. Bill was a quiet person and enjoyed going to Canton Woods Senior Center several days a week.

He was predeceased by his niece and caregiver, Margaret DeRocha.

Survivors: his grandniece and caregiver, Cheryl L. Phillips and several grand nieces, nephews and cousins.

A calling hour will be from 10:00am – 11:00am Monday, April 25, 2016, with a service to follow at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Burial in Warners Cemetery.
