William G. Daws, Sr., 88, passed away Saturday surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Scranton, PA and moved to Syracuse in 1955. Over the years, Bill was employed with Ward Baking Co., Centro and Crouse Hospital. Bill enjoyed antique cars and sharing good food and drink with his family and friends.

Bill is predeceased by his daughter, Loretta, parents Victor and Irene, brother James, and son-in-law Joseph Falardeau.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Mary Jordan Daws; children Ellen (Jim) Crehan, William Jr.(Tammy), Suzanne Falardeau and John (Michelle); grandchildren Patrick (Kristina) and Connor Crehan, Alanna and Michael Daws, Emily and Jeffrey Falardeau, and David Daws.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at St. Augustine's Church, 7333 O'Brien Rd, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are Monday January 30 from 4-7 pm at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. Burial will be private.
