William W. Casler "Billy" Reems, age 67, of Phoenix, NY, peacefully passed away on September 4, 2025. Born on November 2, 1958, in Fulton, NY, he was the son of William J. Casler and Sally A. Casler.

Right out of school Billy worked for GE and then as a roofer with Union 195 from Syracuse at De Wald Roofing for many years. He enjoyed racing, four-wheeling, and hunting during his youth.

Billy is survived by his mother, Sally, along with his nieces and several great-nieces and nephews. He will be missed greatly by so many. Known for his humor and love for his community, he often cheered on friends at Fulton Speedway and was always ready with a joke to make others smile.

A celebration of his life will be held in Spring 2026. The family sincerely thanks everyone for their support and invites friends to share their memories of Billy, which will be cherished and kept alive over the years.
