William G. (Bill) Bland of Syracuse, NY passed away on December 27, 2022 at the age of 62.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents - Anne Costello Dieter (1985) and Daniel Creedon Bland (1996). He was proud to be born and raised on Tipperary Hill where he attended St. Patrick's School. Bill was a graduate of C.W. Baker High School in Baldwinsville, NY and a lifetime resident of the Syracuse area.

Bill is survived by two children, Jessica (Andrew) Kelling of Denver, Colorado, Liam (Nadav) Ben Zur of New York City and one grandson Rafael Ben Zur. He was brother to Mary Kate Bland (Rick), John (Kerry) Bland, Maureen (Steve) Cooke and Eileen (John) DeJulio, nephew to Thomas J. Bland and had many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Bill worked at Wegmans until 2020. He was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles, Jeopardy and movies.

A private service will be held.
