Wayne A. Reed, 68, of Baldwinsville passed away Saturday, October 25, 2008 at his home. He was born in Fort Fairfield, ME and moved to the Syracuse area in 1966. He retired in 2000 after 25 years as a Truck Driver for the Teamsters Local 317. Wayne enjoyed the outdoors and watching his grandchildren play sports. He was pre-deceased by his son Christopher Reed in 1968.

Survivors: his wife of 47 years, Sheila I.; a daughter, Kathleen Hawker of Lysander, NY; three sons, Lance (Joanne) Reed of Syracuse, Garrick Reed of Middletown, NY and Jeff (Rebecca) Reed of Watertown, NY; two sisters, Hilda McCarthy of Neptune, NJ and Alice McIntire of Torrington, CT; 10 granchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling Hours are 4-7pm Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Services and burial will be private.
