Victoria E. Frohock, 97 of Baldwinsville passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2020, after a brief illness. She was born and raised in Syracuse the daughter of Victor and Elizabeth Francesconi. Vicky had lived in Baldwinsville the past 60 years.

She was predeceased by her first husband Carl Ray Smith and her second husband John F. Frohock, Jr.

Surviving are her daughter, Carol Ann Fugate (David Christiana) of Baldwinsville and son, Richard P. (Sandy) Smith of Absecon, NJ; grandchildren, Rebecca (Gallus Quigley) Smith and Bridget (Christine Doughterty) Smith and two great-grandchildren, Florrie and Anya.

Calling hours are 4-7 pm Monday, January 13th at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Services are 11:30 am Tuesday at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00pm in St. Mary's Church. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
