Verona M. Finnegan Brais, 79, of Overlook Drive, Baldwinsville, died Thursday. Born in Raymondville, she graduated from Norfolk Public School in 1940 and lived in the Syracuse area most of her life. She worked at Canton Woods Senior Center, was a receptionist at Beaver Lake Nature Center and a legal secretary in several law offices. She was a member of Friends of Beaver Lake.

Survivors: A daughter, Robin St. Andrews of Canton; two sons, Corey C. of Baldwinsville and Greg P. of Clearwater, Fla.; a sister, Dorothy Nash of Canton; a brother, Lyle Finnegan of Newark, N.J.; three grandchildren; a great-grandchild.

Services: 4 p.m. today at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, private. Calling hours, 2 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
