Vera M. Ainsworth Zylka, 84, of Baldwinsville died Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Iroquois Nursing Home. She was born in Southampton, LI. She was a member of, Fulton Alliance Church, Red Hat Society, and Rug Hookers Guild. Vera was a past member of, Baldwinsville Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the Greater Baldwinsville Ambulance Corps.

Survivors: Husband, Henry, Daughter Sue A. (Peter) Jessen of Pompano Beach FL, Sons, Nelson L. Shaw of FL, Gregory (Diane) Zylka of Duncanville TX, Grandchildren, Oliver Shaw, Emily and Abigail Zylka, and several cousins.

Services: Monday, May 19, 2014 10:30 am at Fulton Alliance Church. Burial will be in Our Lady Of Peace Cemetery. Calling hours are Sunday 2-5 pm at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer Street, Baldwinsville.
