Vera L. Phelps Harroun, 81, of Fenner Road, Fulton, died Sunday, October 6, 2002. Born in Fulton, she lived in the Jacksonville area for most of her life. She was a loving homemaker and mother. She was pre-deceased by three brothers, Frank, William and Robert Phelps.

Survivors: Her husband of 58 years, Charles J.; four daughters, Karen Donahue and Cheryl LaGrow, both of Hannibal, Charlene Kimler of Baldwinsville and Ellen Donhauser of Fulton; two sisters, Gertrude Bishop of New Hampshire and D. Ruth Blake of South Hannibal; four brothers, Dwight Phelps of Hannibal, Richard Phelps of New Haven, Ralph Phelps of Baldwinsville and George Phelps of North Carolina; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services: Private graveside services. Burial, Jacksonville Cemetery. No calling hours. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville, has arrangements.
