Thomas L. Fredette, 84 of Baldwinsville passed away on February 5, 2023.

A native of Syracuse, NY, Mr. Fredette graduated from Blessed Sacrament School in 1952 and Eastwood High School in 1956. He was a member of the New York Army National Guard, enlisting while still in high school and serving until 1957 at which time he joined the Regular Army. He served at various duty stations. spending twenty months of his enlistment at Eielson AFB. Fairbanks, Alaska. After serving his country, he attended SUNY Oswego graduating in 1964. He then enjoyed a teaching career of 34 years with the N. Syracuse School District. In retirement, He continued to be an avid reader. He valued the time he spent with his friends. His interest in his own military service led him to the avocation of creating shadow-box frames for the military insignia of fellow veterans.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nancy S; son, Kevin (Lori) Fredette and their daughters Isabel and Emily; daughter, Sarah (Jay) Peters; and sisters Judy Fredette and Betty Weronoski.

Services will be private.
