Thelma Annabell Meyers Dausman, 97, Baldwinsville NY passed away peacefully on December 14, 2022 with her family by her side. Thelma was born in Baltimore, MD and is the daughter of John C. Meyers and Pauline M. Shriver.  Thelma graduated from Western all girls High School in Baltimore in 1944.  She moved to Baldwinsville NY in 1952 after marrying her husband Roy J. Dausman, Jr.  Her greatest joy was being a mom and raising her three children. She was a devoted homemaker who loved caring for children, her home, her pets, decorating, and gardening. She enjoyed spending time in the summers with family at the St. Lawrence River at Beadle Point and Fineview/TI Park.   Once her children were of school age she pursued a career outside of the home.  She was employed by Seneca Savings for over 20 years.  Upon retirement, she was active with the Canton Woods Senior Center where she enjoyed many friendships, traveling, and fun playing pool and cards.  She was active in volunteering with many organizations in Baldwinsville including The Visitors Center and Friends of the Library.

Thelma is predeceased by her former husband Roy J. Dausman, Jr. and her daughter Lisa A. Dausman.  She is survived by her children; RJ Dausman, III (Jan) of Baldwinsville, and Tina Dausman of Baldwinsville.  Nieces Mena Hansinger (Rick) of Auburn and Amy Dausman Schaff of Davidson, NC., a nephew John C. Meyers III (Jane) of Clayton NY.

Services will be private.
