Thelma R. Lisenbey Bennett, 84, of Baldwinsville passed away Friday, October 17, 2008 at VanDuyn Home & Hospital, Syracuse. She was born in Endicott and moved to Baldwinsville in 1951. Thelma was a member of the Temple Baptist Church in Baldwinsville and her hobbies included oil painting, crafts, sewing and baking.

Survivors: her husband, of 65 years, Oscar L; five daughters, Kathleen "Kasey" Arnobit of Baldwinsville, Maureen Jones of Pleasant Valley, NY, Marilyn Naughton of Anderson, SC, Candy Blanchard of Boiling Spring, SC and Lynnette Bennett of Memphis, NY; three sons, Gary of Phoenix, NY, Jim of Fort Wayne, IN and Bud of Vernon, NY; a sister Jean Elder of Endicott; a brother Robert Lisenbey of Cortland; her half-sister, Bernice Lisenbey of Chicago; 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services: 11:00am Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial, Jacksonville Cemetery, Lysander. Calling hours are 4-7pm Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at the funeral home, 93 Downer St.
