Teresa A. "Terry" Ford Smart, 45, of Baldwinsville, passed away Friday, March 5, 2010 at Oneida Healthcare Center in Oneida. She was a native of Baldwinsville and a 1983 graduate of C. W. Baker, Baldwinsville. Terry taught religious education, was a Girl Scout Brownie leader and was a loving mother who enjoyed gardening and crafts. She was also a very talented artist with her drawings, paintings and even sculptures.

Survivors: her husband, Steven A. Smart; daughters, Felicia (Randy) Phillips of Baldwinsville and Carrie Briggs of Kirkville; parents Richard and Rosina Ford of Baldwinsville; sisters, Lisa (Tim) Greene of Kirkville and Sara Ford of Baldwinsville; brothers, Richard "Pat" Ford of Ashville, NC and Michael Ford of Baldwinsville; two grandchildren, Randy Phillips, Jr and EmilyRose Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.

Services: 9:30am Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 5-7pm Monday, March 8, 2010 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
