Sylvia Perkins Ohland, 85, of Baldwinsville died Thursday at Pontiac Nursing Home, Oswego. Born in Syracuse, she lived most of her life in Baldwinsville. She was a member of Female Charitable Society and Baldwinsville Christmas Bureau. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Baldwinsville and its Circle C. Her husband, Frederick C., died in 1972.

Survivors: A daughter, Lisa Ohland of Jay; two sons, Geoffrey E. of Camden, Maine, and Christopher S. of Beaverton, Ore.; two brothers, Edson Q. Perkins of Orlando, Fla., and Charles A. Perkins of Jamesville; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Services: Private. No calling hours. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville, has arrangements.
