Sylvia E. King Foederer, 85, of Conifer Drive, Baldwinsville, died Wednesday. Born in Syracuse, she lived 36 years in Kirkville before moving to Baldwinsville in 1979. She retired in 1974 after 20 years as an inspector at General Electric Co. Her husband, Richard T., died in 1974; a son, Richard T., died in 1995.

Survivors: Two daughters, Donna O'Donnell of Baldwinsville and Barbara Wilson of Nantucket, Mass.; a sister, Jessie McKinney of Jamesville; eight grandchildren.
