Susan J. Raymond, 90, passed away Friday at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was born in Syracuse to James and Freda Gerber Brock. Susan met her childhood sweetheart, William Raymond, when she was 12. William left to serve in WWII and when he returned, they married in 1948. They loved spending time together and enjoyed dancing and traveling the world. Her favorite country to visit was Switzerland. Susan and her husband were very social and relished time with their friends. She was also an avid bridge player.

Susan is predeceased by her parents, and sisters, Mary Anne Coates and Jean Rice.

Susan is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, William Raymond; daughters Eve (Mario) Juarez and Teresa (Raymond) Melnick; grandchildren, Ryan Juarez, Nick Juarez and Alex Melnick; and many nieces and nephews.

Services are 11 am Wednesday, April 5, at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville, NY.
