Steven R. Teachout, 44, died unexpectedly Wednesday, October 27, 2010. He was a dedicated father, husband, son, brother, and friend who enjoyed life to the fullest. He was employed at Lockheed Martin Corporation as a subcontracts manager. He was a volunteer firefighter/EMT for the past 20 years. Most recently he servied as assistant chief for the Plainville Volunteer Fire Dept. He was a Free Mason of the Hannibal Lodge. Steve was an avid camper and truly enjoyed the Adirondack Park with family and friends.

He was predeceased by his mother, Marian (Sally) Walker Teachout.

Survivors: his wife Kathy (Dunsmoor) Teachout; 4 children, Stephanie, Jeffrey, Carley and Mackenzie; his father, Marion Teachout, brother Marc Teachout and sister Eileen Teachout (David) Smith.

Services: 10:00am Saturday, October 30, 2010, at St. Mary's Church Baldwinsville Calling hours are 4-7pm Friday, October 29, 2010, at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
