Stephen J. Putzer, 58, of Baldwinsville passed away on Wednesday. He was born in Syracuse and lived in Baldwinsville for many years. Stephen was employed with the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles. A Scout leader for many years, Stephen was a Cub Scout leader and beloved Scout Master of Troop 80 in Baldwinsville where he had 35 Eagle Scouts during his tenure. He was predeceased by his father, William Putzer and brother, Michael Putzer.
Survivors: his wife Alice; his children, Christine (Mike Regan) Putzer and Michael (Melissa Patti) Putzer; his mother, Agnes Putzer; a sister, Laurie Gentile; three brothers, Mark, Robert and William Putzer; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are 5:00pm-8:00pm Monday at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville with services at 2:00pm Tuesday.
