Sharon H. "Sherry" Edsall, 63, of Baldwinsville, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2009 at Francis House in Syracuse. She was born in Utica and grew up in Rome, NY. She was a 1963 graduate of Rome Free Academy, received her Business Degree from CCBI in Syracuse, and she also worked for the Home Insurance Company for several years. Sharon was an active member of the Syracuse Multiple Sclerosis Chapter where she once received an award for Mother of the Year. She enjoyed bridge, bowling and belonged to several area golf courses. She was pre-deceased by her 3-year-old son, Scott B. Edsall in 1973.

Survivors: her husband of 40 years, Russell H.; a daughter, Leslie Edsall of Bethesda, MD; a sister Norma H. Marshall of LeRoy, NY; three step-children, Gary J. Edsall of Pasadena, CA, Deborah E. Kornell of Lecanto, FL and Tracy E. Swartz of Clifton Park, NY; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and two nieces.

Memorial Services: 10:00am Thursday, April 9, 2009 at Grace Episcopal Church, Baldwinsville. Burial will be at a later date in Rome Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
