Scot H. Jones, 70 of Baldwinsville, passed away unexpectedly on March 26, 2022.

Born in Syracuse to the late Hiram and June Jones, Scot was a member of the Beaver Clan of the Onondaga Nation. Scot retired from New Process Gear after 30 years of service. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the Giants, SU, and especially the Yankees.

Scot was a very giving, nurturing, gentle and caring person. He always put others first, especially his family. He loved to tease or joke with people even if he didn't know them. His childhood was very important to him, and he would share numerous stories about it to others. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend. He was so proud of his wife, children and grandchildren and would rave about them every chance he got.

In addition to his parents, Scot is predeceased by his son, Joshua; sister, Nadine Moss; and son-in-law, Jason Wood.

Surviving is his wife of 49+ years, Wendy; Daughters, Kirsten Wood, Stephanie (Todd) Wafer; brothers, Berle Jones, Hiram Jones Jr.; Sisters, Gina Jones, Terese Hess, Kristal Martin, Pam Northrup; and grandchildren, Olivia Wafer and Landon Wood.

Calling Hours will be held Thursday, March 31, from 4-7 pm at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St. Baldwinsville. Funeral Services will be 10am Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow in Riverview Cemetery.
