Sally J. Knaust, 72 of Baldwinsville passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, February 1, 2024.

Born in Watertown to the late Carlton and Joanne Smith, Sally spent most of her life as a resident of Baldwinsville. Over the years she worked various jobs from retail to banking and most importantly as a homemaker. She loved spending time in her garden and with her german shepard Sadie. A favorite pastime was her Saturday shopping trips with her daughter and grand daughter. When feeling adventurous she would accompany her husband Kurt in their small plane.

In addition to her parents, Sally was predeceased by her daughter Michelle in 1992.

Surviving is her husband, Kurt; children Katie (Mike) Johnson, and Kurt Matthew Knaust; granddaughter Taylor; brother Timothy (Carolyn), and twin sister Sue; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Friday, February 9, at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. A Funeral service will begin at 12:30 with Burial to follow in Riverview Cemetery.
