It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Ruth Ann Ross, 89, of Syracuse, on Sunday, June 22, 2025.  A mother, mentor and role model, Ruth epitomized the unabashed and fearless mentality of a survivor. As many of us have, she persevered through the slings and arrows of joy and sorrow, and embraced a life well led. Ruth made it through to her peaceful end with the help of her three loving sons, their families, and her dearest friends.

Although she will be sorely missed by many, we know Ruth is now finally at rest. She is survived by her sons, John (Susan) Ross, Christopher (Barbara) Ross, Michael Willliams-Ross; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild. There will be no calling hours. Services will be private and will be announced at a later date.
