Ruth M. Peters DeBarr, 67, of Baldwinsville died Sunday, February 19, 2006 at her home. She was born in Syracuse and lived in the Baldwinsville area most of her life. She was a retired Accountant at the P&C Warehouse in Syracuse and was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Baldwinsville. She is predeceased by two brothers, Frederick Peters, Jr. and Paul Peters and a sister Nora Centers.

Survivors: her husband of 47 years, Andrew S.; two daughters and son-in-law, Laurie A. DeBarr of Mattydale and Christine and David Ross of Franklinton, NC; four sons and daughters-in-law, Andrew S., Jr. and Carol of Baldwinsville, Jeffrey and Audri of Richmond, KY, Michael and Lynn of Nassau, NY and Patrick and Nancy of Lakeport; her mother, Neva Peters of Auburn; four sisters, Beverly Weyrauch of Kentucky, Linda Brownlee of Nebraska, Virginia Hudson of Binghamton and Jane Arold of Owasco; four brothers, Richard Peters of Liverpool, John Peters of Maryland, James Peters of Vestal and Douglas Peters of Watertown; 13 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services: 11:00am Thursday, February 23, 2006 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7pm Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
