Russell P. Rowland, 59, of Baldwinsville passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 20, 2015, at Crouse Hospital. Russ loved music and was a drummer in the local area for most of his life, playing in many local bands, as well as, being a member of the City of Syracuse Highland Pipes and Drums. Russ loved nothing more than driving his Mustang with his music playing on a beautiful day.


Russ leaves behind his wife of 33 years, Carolyn, and his beloved children , daughter Ashley(David) Nicolas and son Zachary, both of whom he was enormously proud.


Russ was predeceased by his mother, Elaine Denis, father Warren Rowland, stepfather, Ed Denis, brother William Dyer and stepsister, Denise Denis.


Services: 11:00 am Saturday November 28, 2015, at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Burial in Riverview Cemetery.
