Robert N. Staring, 87, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2019 with loving family by his side. He was born and raised in Phoenix where he resided with his wife of 69 years, Patricia.

Prior to his retirement, Robert worked in truck driving and owned an excavation business. He was also a member of the Elks Club and American Legion for many years. He enjoyed restoring classic cars and birdwatching.

Besides his wife Patricia, Robert is survived by his son Gary Staring and Michelle Hammond, daughter Nancy (Les) Granger; grandchildren Shelley Andrews, Daniel (Eva) Andrews, Catherine Staring and Robert Hayes, Kimberly (Joe) Edick, Karen Staring; and great-grandchildren Nicholas, Olivia, Emilee, Madelyn, Joseph, Gracie and Kensington.
