Robert A. Lathrop, 62, of Baldwinsville, NY passed away Sunday, September 2, 2007, at his home with his family by his side. He was born in Lancaster, NY and moved to Baldwinsville in 1983. Bob was a bricklayer with Local #2 in Syracuse. Known as "Chevy Bob", he was an old car enthusiast.

Survivors: his wife, Virginia M. Lathrop; two sons, Robert J. and John A. (Mary) Lathrop both of Baldwinsville; two granddaughters, Jolene and Marissa Lathrop; two sisters, Mary Lou Dunning of Fredonia and Shirley Dennis of Lancaster; three brothers, William of Lockport, Melvin of Fredonia, and James of Cheektowaga; several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a sister, Helen Frost of Alden, NY.

Services: 11:00am Friday, September 7, 2007, at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville, NY. Burial in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 2-4 & 7-9pm Thursday, September 6, 2007, at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
