Robert D. Dunn, 88, passed away at home Saturday, September 5, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Moira, NY to Kenneth and Jennie Dunn. Bob served in the Korean War for the US Army and was a member of the Baldwinsville VFW Post 153 and the American Legion. He enjoyed music and loved to dance. Bob liked to relax and read the paper, play cards, and go camping.
Bob is predeceased by his parents, son, Marlin Dunn, and granddaughter, Cheryl Ann Stone.
Bob is survived by his wife of 66 years, Barbara Compo Dunn; daughters, Roberta (Douglas Ballou) Dunn and Valerie (William) Johst; son, Bernard (Robin) Dunn; sisters, Kathleen LaClair, Sally Bosjolie, and June Bates; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours are 11-1 pm, Saturday, September 12 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville, directly followed by a 1 pm service. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
