Rita A. Marren Lynch, 94, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011 at The Jewish Home of CNY. She was born in Chicago, and has lived in the Syracuse area for 50 years. She retired from NY Telephone in 1980 and was a communicant of St. John's Catholic Church in Liverpool. Rita was pre-deceased by her husband, Howard E. Lynch in 2002.

Survivors: daughter, Margaret (William) Sawran of Lexington, KY; sons, Martin (Suzanne) Lynch of Liverpool, Patrick (Lyn) Lynch of Liverpool and Brian (Cheryl Pace) Lynch of Dewitt; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours and services will be private. Burial will be in Our Lady Of Peace Cemetery, Liverpool. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville has charge of arrangements.
