Richard A. Jorgensen, 60, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family and close friends. Born in Auburn, NY to Herbert and Ida Napoli Jorgensen. Richard was a Senior Officer for the Onondaga County Department of Corrections.



Richard is predeceased by his parents and sister, Theresa Baird.



He is survived by his loving wife, Janice Clarke Jorgensen; children, Tabatha Jorgensen, Tracy (Rob) Mabee, and Timothy (Erica) Jorgensen; step-children Amanda Berry and Marc (Ester) Clarke; grandchildren, Dexter, Maxwell, Aedan, Zachary, Anthony, James, and Arturo; brother, Michael (Ellen) Jorgensen; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.



Calling hours are 1-3:45 pm Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville, with services immediately following at 3:45 pm.
