Richard F. Forderkonz, 82, of Baldwinsville died Tuesday, August 17, 2010, at University Hospital. He was a native and life resident of Baldwinsville. Richard was employed for over 30 years with the Baldwinsville School district. He was US Navy veteran of WW II . He was a member of the American Legion Post #113 and the Baldwinsville Rod & Gun Club.

Survivors: his wife of 43 years. Patricia (Carney) Forderkonz; two daughters, Bridget M. Forderkonz and Cathy (Bill) Perkins; three sons, Stephen (Kathy) Carney, Paul (Caroline) Carney and Patrick (Susan) Carney; 7 grandchildren, Allison Carney, Stephen Carney, Kaitlin Carney, Meghan (William) Schade, Evan Carney, Ryan and Corey Perkins; great-grandchildren, Liam Schade and Maille Clare Schade.

Services: 10:00am Saturday, August 21, 2010, at St. Mary's Church Baldwinsville. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours are 4-7pm Friday, August 20, 2010, at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
