Richard Burlew went on to his next journey on 6/6/2016 surrounded by the love of his "soul family".


He is survived by friend and guardian, Katie "Kay-Ghee" Jessup, dear friends Christa Harrigan, Steve Longo, Tom Conway and Donna Monica his access CNY and ARC Day program family.


Richard approached everyone he met with an extended hand and the belief that he'd make a new friend. He loved without condition and found joy in simple things: a cup of coffee, a Yankees ball game, Westerns, music, and holidays (especially Christmas).




To honor his memory, please enjoy that cup of coffee, an apple spice donut or maybe, just maybe by singing your favorite Christmas Carol without caring what anyone thinks.

A Memorial service will be held at 11:00am Monday, June 13, 2016, at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville, NY.
