R. David Brennan, 73, of Baldwinsville died Friday, August 22, 2003 at Rosewood Heights Health Center, Syracuse. He was born in Syracuse and was a 1947 graduate of Eastwood High School. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War and moved to Baldwinsville in 1959. He worked for Prudential Insurance for 27 years and retired in 1991. He was also a volunteer for the Greater Baldwinsville Ambulance Corp for 18 years.

Survivors: his wife of 49 years, Joan F. Brennan of Baldwinsville; 4 daughters, Sheila Anderson of Medford, OR, Patricia Rumpf of Baldwinsville, Tracy Brennan of Liverpool, Dana Brennan of Gansevoort; one son, Michael Brennan of Baldwinsville; 3 sisters, Dorothy Elliot of Gettysburg, PA, Mary Platt of Elbridge, Nona Thayer of Syracuse; 1 brother, Lawrence Brennan of Liverpool; 7 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services: 9:00am, Tuesday, August 26, 2003 at St. Mary's Church Baldwinsville. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-8pm Monday, August 25, 2003 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
