Reynold Webb "Bill" Smith, Jr., 91, of Baldwinsville died Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at Seneca Hill Manor, Oswego. He was born in Baldwinsville the son of the late Reynold W. and Edna Legg Smith. Bill was a 1934 graduate of Baldwinsville Academy. He joined the regular Army in 1939, was a veteran of WW II, serving in the Northern Solomons, and retired from the Army reserves in 1967. He retired as an engineering aide for the NYS Department of Transportation. Bill was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, Baldwinsville, the VFW Post #153, American Legion Post #113, and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #644. He was predeceased by a sister, Leila Bates and two brothers, Gerritt and Royden Smith.

Survivors: his wife of 43 years the former Mary Miller; a niece, Ann Kerniski of Baldwinsville; two nephews David Smith of Syracuse and Robert Smith of Rochester; several grandnieces and grandnephews.

Graveside services at the convenience of the family in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
