R. Gerry Younis Sr., 62, of Sebastian, Fla., died Friday. Born in Auburn, he lived most of his live in Baldwinsville before moving to Florida in 1986. He attended C.W. Baker High School. He was a cook at The Marker Restaurant, Sebastian, and also at the B'ville Diner for several years. He was a member of St. Sebastian's Church, Sebastian. He was a Navy veteran.

Survivors: A daughter, Robin L. France of Phoenix; two sons, including Kevin of Phoenix; two sisters, including Beverly McKeeby of Baldwinsville; five brothers, Robert and David, both of Baldwinsville, Edward of Syracuse and Gary and William; two grandchildren.

Services: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours, 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
