Ray W. Holbrook, 41, of Everingham Road, Syracuse, died Thursday. Born in Syracuse, he lived there and in the Baldwinsville area all his life. He graduated from Baker High School in 1978. He had worked for Defenders of Wildlife in Syracuse and was an Army veteran.

Survivors: His wife of 14 years, the former Annette Long; two daughters, Denise Furlong and Kayla Holbrook, both of Syracuse; a son, Ray J. of Syracuse; his parents, William and Beverly of Baldwinsville; three sisters, Brenda Leader of Weedsport, Carol Bleskoski of Phoenix, Ariz., and Becka Holbrook of Baldwinsville; three brothers, Mike of Dalton, Ga., and Jeffrey and Scott, both of Baldwinsville.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours, 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
