Ralph St. Andrews, 83, of Syracuse died Friday, February 14, 2003. He was born in Crown Point and has lived in the Syracuse area for 70 years. Worked at Duke's Plumbing And Heating, Syracuse for over 30 years, retiring in 1980. Pre-deceased by his wife, Melvina F. St. Andrews who died July 4, 1999.

Survivors: one daughter, Nancy A. Burgess of Syracuse; two sons, Eugene L. St. Andrews of Richlands, NC and Donald F. Roberts of Naples, FL; two sisters, Mary Douglas of Minoa, and Dorothy St. Andrews of Syracuse, one brother, Edward St. Andrews of Schenectady; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
