Philip Forbes, 75, passed away Sunday at Crouse Hospital. He was a long term member of the Knights of Columbus and an active parishioner at St. Mary's Church in Baldwinsville.

He is predeceased by his siblings, Raymond Forbes and Margaret Lyons.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Suzanne Palmer Forbes; children, Terese (Jeffrey) Prebish, Philip G. (Lori) Forbes; and Kathleen "Kate" Hoy; sisters, Joan Welch and Patricia York; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at St. Mary's Church, 47 Syracuse St, Baldwinsville, NY. Calling hours are 4-7 pm, Monday, April 17, at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville, NY.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Syracuse VA Medical Center.
