Peter Nichols, 75, passed away October 16 at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. He was born in Oneida to Norman and Gladys Darling Nichols. Peter served in the US Air Force and was a member of the American Legion. He was a mechanic for Miller Brewing and Carrier Corporation. Peter enjoyed fishing, golf, and spending time with his family.

He is predeceased by his parents and brothers, Duane, John, Norman, and Melvin Nichols.

Peter is survived by his wife, Nancy Bishop Nichols; children, Jill Romeo, Jeff and Brian Nichols, Scott, Steve, and Kim Touron, and Lisa Marie Touron-MacPherson; brother, Bruce Nichols; grandchildren, Jerry Romeo, Nick Romeo, Adam Nichols, Nora Nichols, Stephanie Touron, Michael Touron, Dustin MacPherson; and great-granddaughter, Elliana Romeo.

Calling hours are 4-7 pm, Friday, October 20 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. A 7 pm service will follow at the funeral home.
