Patrick Gary Landers passed away unexpectedly on April 20th, 2020. He was born in Berlin, NH on March 17th, 1988. Moving to Baldwinsville, NY in 1994 he attended public schools, competed in Little League, Youth Hockey and the Junior PGA. He was a graduate of the Golf Academy of America and truly loved the game of golf. Fishing, motor sports and travel were other passions.

Patrick is predeceased by his beloved Mom Sharon (Fortier) Landers and Grandfathers Joseph Donald Fortier and Peter Thomas Landers.

He is survived by Son Cameron & his Mom Sam, Dad Gary, Sister Jessica, Niece Olivia, Grandmothers Mona Landers and Lillian Fortier. As well as several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, August 8th at St Mary's 9:00 AM, 47 Syracuse St., Baldwinsville, followed by interment at Riverview Cemetery.

A Celebration of Life will be held after internment at 7413 Surbrook Rd Baldwinsville, NY. All are welcome to attend.
