Patricia Ann Whitney Power, 86 of Memphis passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family

Pat was born, August 17, 1936 in Syracuse to the late Beecher and Anna Whitney, she was raised in Baldwinsville and graduated from C. W. Baker High School in 1955. Pat met the love of her life, Don Power and the couple was wed on December 26, 1959. Together, Don and Pat operated the Jacks Reef Dog Boarding Kennel for over 30 years where she put into practice her love of animals. Pat was a past president of the Plainville Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She liked to pass time bowling and playing bingo, but above all she was devoted to family and being a mom, even to the neighborhood kids.

In addition to her parents, Pat was predeceased by her brother, Earl Whitney. Surviving is her husband of 62 years, Don Power; sons, John (Renee), Dave (Tina), Steve (Lindalee); daughter-in-law, Pamela Power, grandchildren, James (Brae), Abbie (Kevin), Hannah; great grandchildren, Lilli, Landon, Rylee, Gracie, Madison, Jameson.

Calling hours will be held from 4-7 pm, Thursday, September 22, at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial will be 12 PM Friday in Kingdom Cemetery, Baldwinsville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Golisano Children's Hospital.
