Patricia Ann Monica lost her battle with Cancer on Tuesday September 19, 2017 in Tennessee with several family members surrounding her. She was born November 2, 1954 to Richard D. Monica Sr. and Evelyn J. Cowburn Monica. Pat as everyone called her, graduated from C.W. Baker H.S. in Baldwinsville in 1973. She will always be remembered by her infectious laugh that made you forget your troubles, her outgoing personality, her extreme generosity and her constant love and support for her family. Her fishing skills rivaled her brothers and she made the most amazing popcorn, pancakes, and fudge. When you were with Pat, you were treated like royalty. She began working for Will and Baumer Candle Co. in Syracuse right after graduating High School and moved to Tennessee when the company asked her to go with them. She was a skilled and very valued worker and knew what a quality product was. She was recently celebrated for her 43 years with the company.
Patricia is predeceased by her parents Richard and Evelyn and will be buried with her Mother. She is survived by 3 sisters, Donna of Auburn, NY, Gloria of Baldwinsville and Becky of Tennessee and 4 brothers, Richard of Kent, NY , Thomas of Florida, Kenneth and Scott of Baldwinsville. She has 13 nieces and nephews and many Grand nieces and nephews.
Pat loved her flower gardens and bird feeders. In lieu of flowers, we ask you to celebrate Pat's life, by planting something in your garden or put up a bird feeder.
The family will receive friends from 11 am -12pm on October 14 in Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer Street, Baldwinsville. A graveside service will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
