Norbel J. "Pete" Haas, 95, of Baldwinsville died Saturday, February 16, 2008 at James Square Health & Rehabilitation Centre. He was born in Ft. Atkinson, WI, and resided in the Town of Camillus most of his life. Pete retired in 1976 after 20 years with Allied Chemical Corp. and previously was employed for 20 years with Modern Tissue Corp. in Amboy.
Pete was predeceased by his wife, Esther , in 2003.

Survivors: his daughter, Patricia E. (Rudy) Karasek of Camillus; his son, David A. (Donna) Haas of Baldwinsville; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson; a sister-in-law, Jan (Fred) Thomas of Baldwinsville; several nieces and nephews.

Services: 10:30am Thursday, February 21, 2008 at St. Joseph's Church Camillus. Burial in Belle Isle Cemetery, Camillus. Calling hours are 5-7 pm Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
