Nora "Jeep" Sherman Pfeiffer, 73, of Baldwinsville passed away Sunday, October 7, 2007 after a short battle with cancer. She was born and raised in Mattydale and was a 1951 graduate of N. Syracuse High School. She was employed at the Dollar Tree in Baldwinsville and previously by Ames Department Store, Great American, Only A Dollar, as well as a few family buinesses. One of Nora's greatest joys was spending time with her family. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 42 years, John J. Pfeiffer in 1994.

Survivors: a daughter, Laury A. (Don) Nolan of Port Byron; four sons, Jay (Lucinda) of TX, Robert A. of N. Syracuse, Richard C. (Janeen) of Baldwinsville and James D. (Nathalie) of Homer; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 7:00pm Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 3 to 7pm Tuesday, prior to the service.
