Neil R. Welcher, 69, of Baldwinsville died Saturday, March 27, 2004 at his home. He was born in Fulton and was a graduate of Fulton High School and S.U. School of Management. He worked at GE for 10 years as a financial analyst and management positions. He retired from OnBank & Trust Co. after 27 years as an Investment Officer, Treasury and Banking officer, and operations manager. Neil was involved with the Boy Scouts for 10 years as assistant leader, merit badge counselor, and troop committee chairman. He was a current member of the Board of Directors of the Seneca Gardens Homeowners Association. He was also a veteran of the US Army Infantry with service in Kansas and W. Germany.

Survivors: Wife of 35 years, Beverly Hunter Welcher, daughter, Kristen (Trev) Euliss of Mebane, NC, Brian (Michelle) Welcher of Liverpool, NY, sisters, Linda Shaper of Old Brookville, NY, and Sherry Root of Fulton, NY; and four grandchildren.

Services: 6:00pm Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Inc. Baldwinsville. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 3-6pm Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
